so i always focus tht my exercise do hve tonning too. Now i hve stopped pilates class from this month but i continue with my 2 day power yoga and had joined 1 day zumba class. At last i will say its my dedication tht lead to weight loss. my focus was just not on reducing weight but to hve a toned body. As doing exercise is a part of my lifestyle and not a chore:-). Here is a second static reply to test layout between replies. though i continue my walks in evening (have stopped in night) as they are my constant companion:-). Dear Swetha if u will do regularly ur workouts hve faith u will defintely loose ur weight. My weight loss story - Lost 20 kilos and 6 inches:-). To strt with i had almost gained 20 kilos during my pregnancy. had i joined classess and not gone or nt gone for my walks i would hve not achieved results. Many of the ppl in this group already know this tht i hve lost weight and how. So basically since 8 month onwards my workout was almost for 2 hrs a day. now it was working grttt. so my friends. eve fast fast walk for half an hour and night again fast walk for half an hour. i didnt want tht i loose my weight but hve bulging arms,tummy or hips.
